This car was bought, driven 2-3 years, and parked under a tree with the windows open. 2014 CX5 Touring 2wd. 36k miles. Getting leather before it goes on the lot.
Note the stains on the seats and nutshells and such on the interior floor
And the salesperson who took it on trade had a special note for the detail shop:
(Please)

Wow, that horrible. Would reupholstering fix that or do you think that got into the foam too?

Buyer beware!
Yikes

It doesn’t smell like a wet mop inside to it’s likely already been O3-bombed.

Yeah, that’s pretty bad. You get to do the prior owners car, I get to walk through their house. Imagine how bad that could be. Let me tell you, it’s usually worse.

The bubble exclamation just makes that note!
“Clean the fuk out this B” just doesn’t roll off the tongue like “Svending” but honorable mention.

Lol. Maybe, ‘napalm here’, would work better.

Nah the please at the bottom ties it together. A combination of pleading and demanding

That McDonald’s disk might shed some light on the time frame this was an active kid ferrier.

How are you touching that without gloves?
And do you guys have detailer on staff to clean the rest of the car while the interior is out?

I worked for a company that did special applications of O3. We’ve tried this in cars and every time it eats at the plastics and destroys foam.

I barely touched it. Also hand sanitizer and good gloves.
No detailer on staff. Not our problem...

They rarely O3-bomb anything. The last one that we saw that had an O3 treatment was a car that smelled like a skunk.

Haha I figured. That’s funny.
